Shipping
All orders are shipped using express delivery, which typically takes 1-3 business days.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
If there are any delays due to stock availability or compounding issues, we will notify you promptly.
Delivery Locations
We currently offer shipping within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
Shipping Fees
A flat fee of $15 for all orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue
Delivery to Remote Areas
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time. Please allow extra days for delivery in these locations.
